Paint Tool SAI Grass Brush Set by jincon Paint Tool SAI Grass Brush Set by jincon
It was very hard for me to draw grass in paint tool SAI (drawing one blade at a time SUCKS). I looked everywhere for a decent brush set and was disappointed each time I came across a good one, only to find it was meant for photoshop. So I decided to make my own grass brush set that would mimic those great photoshop brushes. This makes drawing grasses much more fluid and less time consuming, and it looks better too.  Experiment with "edge hardness" setting and with "blending" on and off for different results.  Download immediately. Enjoy.

I added some instructions and a screenshot of my brush settings to the zip file to make things easier for everybody.  I also made another brush set --> chisel brush

i have a quick question, where can you download paint tool sai? I can't find any one site that seems very "official", and I don't want viruses. Thanks :)

Okay so after the first comment i'll explain a bit more.. I set it to 0, I did everything you suggested, and I even have a tablet. I'm still not getting the proper results.. I'm guessing it's a matter of stroke technique rather than just doing the strokes as usual, and i'm guessing you have to do a single stroke in a couple of places or more to get a better resulting product without making the WHOLE thing one stroke at a time... So technically it requires effort and consistancy, and I suggest you should just play around with it till you get the technique desired to get the results shown above in the picture.
